Chipping Campden - Sold Out

Please take a look at this community to get an example of what Meeting Street has to offer.

Imagine stepping back in time to England a few centuries ago. Imagine a community filled with old-world charm, stone buildings, gas lanterns and English gardens. Imagine experiencing all this in Charlotte – with just a stone's throw away from the center of the city and South Park.

Situated in the heart of Eastover, lies a quaint new classic community called Chipping Campden. Modeled after classic English architecture inspired by villages in the English Cotswolds, located northwest of London, Chipping Campden takes you back in time to the old-world charm of the original English village of the Cotswolds. Complete with its own “High Street” and “Bibury Lane,” Chipping Campden is like no community you have seen.

Chipping Campden includes a village of 15 luxury cottage style townhomes – designed by Christopher Phelps and Associates – which are divided into five large English manor homes overlooking an ornate English Garden.

The exterior architectural features, such as the intricate stone, gas lanterns, wrought iron window boxes, carriage-style oak wood garage doors, and slate roofs, are what first draw your attention to this charming community. From the gas log fireplace, crown molding, high base boards and textured walls with a plaster “knock-down” finish, each home has the benefits of modern conveniences with all the look of old-world charm.

In keeping with the theme of convenience and luxury, each cottage includes a spacious gourmet kitchen, laundry room on the second floor with custom cabinets, a master suite with French doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the formal garden, hardwood floors on the first floor, roomy closets and a luxurious master bath.

Imagine coming home to a place that feels like a charming inn in the English Countryside.
