One of Mt. Pleasant's top selling neighborhoods, Park West's distinctive neighborhoods offer a sense of community and a quality lifestyle to the people privileged to call it home. Imagine living surroundings most people only get to enjoy on weekends and vacations.
Residents enjoy countless amenities in this pedestrian-friendly community including swimming pool, tennis, walking and biking trails and school campuses. Park West is surrounded by the amenities that make Low Country living special, including: the beach at nearby Isle of Palms County Park, Paradise boat landing on the Wando, Cape Romaine National Wildlife Refuge, Towne Centre, golf courses, historic Boone Hall Plantation, and, of course, downtown Charleston.
Park West has taken great care to preserve the nearly 250 acres of salt-water marsh and 292 acres of protected fresh-water wetlands. Beautifully landscaped sidewalks connect our neighborhoods and parks while miles of bicycle and nature trails amble through these Park West wildlife areas.
Mirroring the colonial, Charleston architectural style, each townhome overlooks a landscaped park, with a garage and private courtyard. The exterior palate of colors and the varied elevations have been designed to create an interesting yet harmonious streetscape.
Although the quaint exteriors of these homes reflect the classical tradition of old Charleston with verandas and wrap-around porches, the interiors feature thoroughly modern kitchens and baths, open floorplans, 10-foot ceilings downstairs, nine-foot ceilings upstairs, and hardwoods throughout most of the ground floor.

Floor plans and renderings are artist conceptions that may vary in detail from the actual homes. Dimensions are approximate. We strive for continuous improvement of our product, reserving the right to alter home specifications without notice or obligation.
