2009 Homebuyer Tax Credit
Up to an $8,000 Federal Tax CreditThe Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has extended the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence. The tax credit now applies to sales occurring on or after January 1, 2009 and on or before April 30, 2010. However, in cases where a binding sales contract is signed by April 30, 2010, a home purchase completed by June 30, 2010 will qualify.

- Single Taxpayers Earning up to $75,000 Per Year and Married Couples Earning up to $150,000 Per Year Qualify for the Full Tax Credit. - The Credit is Available to All First-Time Buyers, and to Buyers Who Have Not Owned a Primary Residence in the Past Three Years.

Driving Directions
Follow I-26 to Exit 199 (US17A) toward Summerville. Travel 9.5 miles on Alt US 17 to Highway 61. Turn left onto 61 South, go 2 miles until you reach the new landscaped entrance to The Club at Legend Oaks on your right. Our model is ahead, on the right.
Or, the more Scenic route: From Charleston, head north on Scenic Highway 61 shaded with a Live Oak/Spanish Moss canopy, passing by historic plantations including Middleton Plantation, Magnolia Plantation and Drayton Hall. Go through the Highway 165 intersection, you will arrive at Legend Oaks in 2 miles (on your left), but go one more beautiful mile until you reach the NEW entrance to The Club at Legend Oaks, on your left.
