Note: Customer Care requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted, except in the case of emergencies. General maintenance issues, which are they responsibility of the homeowner, will not be considered as customer care service items. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.

Important: Employees and subcontractors of Meeting Street will not enter a home without the homeowners or their authorized representative being present at all times. Warrany related service should be completed within 30 days (weather permitting).
