The serenity you deserve can be found in the nearly 3,000 square foot Kendal. It’s the most expansive plan we’ve designed, with enhancing your day-to-day living in mind. A natural path through the grass leads to your covered entrance. Once inside, a quaint foyer warmly welcomes you. Right nearby is a private place we call a flex room, but you may call it your library, home office, or first floor guest room as it includes access to a full size bath. Travel down the hallway into large open spaces where most of your daily living will occur. Everything has its place in the walk-in pantry, wine and conversation flow around the large kitchen island, memories are made each holiday in the dedicated dining space and adjoining living room – and all of this happens with a backdrop of woodlands and lake views. Cozying up on the couch in front of your floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, you may never want to leave.

When you do want to step out and enjoy your surrounds, it’s as simple as opening the back door off your living room and stepping out onto your covered porch. Morning coffee never tasted better than when enjoyed out here in this private and peaceful space. Also located off the generously sized living room is the owner's suite, where you’ll find yet another wall of windows capitalizing on your views. Choose from a luxury or standard size bathroom, each with a large closet attached. Upstairs in the Kendal a game room gives you even more open space to spread out and breath. Two well-sized bedrooms each feature walk-in closets to ensure clutter stays out of sight and tranquility remains.
