At just over 2,200 square feet, the Cartmel is intentionally designed to be the right size for a simplified lifestyle. Your first floor is dedicated to living space. The large great room is open to the kitchen and dining room. This end unit has plenty of windows to bring in the natural light. Tucked away down the hall is a private study, where you can dive into a great book, or simply enjoy some quiet time without interruption. 

Upstairs you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms. The oversized master suite was planned with the purpose to take advantage of the scenery, with several windows and a separate sitting area. Off the master bath we’ve provided not one, but two, large, walk-in closets. Your secondary bedrooms have their own walk-in closets as well, providing you with plenty of storage space.
