Terry Cleary

VP of Construction

Terry Cleary has been with Meeting Street since March 2003 and currently serves as the Construction and Warranty Manager. With over three decades of experience, he oversees all the construction projects to ensure quality standards throughout all communities, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Terry is originally from Rhode Island, where he lived for over 30 years and gained valuable experience working in his family’s custom home building company. After realizing the cold winters and high cost of living were no longer for him and his young family, he made the move to Charlotte, NC, in 2000.

When he’s not working, Terry enjoys golfing and vacationing, taking time to relax and recharge.
