Over the past eight years, he’s been hands-on in building thoughtfully designed homes that blend quality craftsmanship with the charm and character Meeting Street is known for. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, John takes pride in bringing each home to life, knowing it’s more than just construction — it’s where memories will be made.

Originally from Long Island, New York, John made the move to North Carolina in 2015 in search of a better pace of life and new opportunities. He eventually settled in Tega Cay, South Carolina, where he now lives with his wife Vicky and their dog Pauly.

When he’s not working on-site, you’ll likely find John outdoors. He’s an avid mountain biker, hiker, and fisherman who enjoys the peace and adrenaline that come with nature. He also has a passion for photography, often capturing the landscapes and everyday moments that inspire him. Whether he’s building homes or exploring new trails, John is always chasing progress, purpose, and a deeper connection to the world around him.
