Talley Hart
Assistant Land Manager
Talley Hart joined Meeting Street in July 2024 as an Assistant Land Manager. In this role, she oversees the development and preparation of land for construction, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each project is ready for vertical construction. Her day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, managing timelines, and supporting the overall vision for each community.
A Cornelius, North Carolina native, she proudly calls herself a local “unicorn.” She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina before shifting her focus to construction management through coursework at LSU Online. Her career began on the building side of construction, where she gained four years of hands-on experience before transitioning to land development. Her passion for building and community development continues to grow with every project.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Garrett—who also works in construction—their one-year-old daughter, and their dog, Remi. Whether she’s out walking, relaxing on the lake, or enjoying quality time with family, she values the outdoors and staying active. Fun fact: I once got to drive a bulldozer and loved it so much, I seriously considered getting certified to operate heavy equipment full-time. Turns out, land management was the next best thing!
