With eight years of experience in real estate, Bailey Racer brings a well-rounded background in both new home sales and residential resale. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clients and providing knowledgeable, personalized guidance throughout every step of the buying and selling process.

A former college softball player at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), Bailey brings the same dedication, teamwork, and competitive spirit to her career. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cheering on her daughter, Cam, as she plays softball and spending time with her two dogs and cat. For Bailey, family, relationships, and helping others are at the heart of everything she does.
