Our Allston Model in
The Avenues at Ayrsley was featured

on HGTV on February 1, 2019.

We were thrilled to be contacted last fall after one of our model homes caught the eye of a producer for the show My Lottery Dream Home. The show is hosted by David Bromstad, an interior designer who meets lottery winners and helps them find the house of their dreams. He takes a list of their requirements and shows them the homes that match.

“We are big fans of HGTV so it was an honor to get a call from the show,” says Meeting Street founder, Joe Roy. “We are also very pleased with our townhomes in Ayrsley and wouldn’t miss the chance to give a tour to a national audience.”

The Meeting Street model home toured in the episode is located at 2333 Silver Crescent Drive in Charlotte. Interior decorating was done by Creative Home Stagers of Charlotte. The 1,966 square foot three-story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Its Ayrsley location is known for being pedestrian-friendly with great entertainment, shopping and dining just a stroll away.

Episode 607 of My Lottery Dream Home aired on Friday, February 1 at 9:00 pm.
